About our PPG
London Fields Medical Centre’s Patient Participation Group has been set up since 2012. We meet on a regular basis in order to review and discuss changes to either the services that we offer, or plan to commission. We also discuss changes happening outside of the surgery, but within City and Hackney ICB, and how these might impact on patient care.
The patient group has played a key role in the development of our appointments system, have reviewed and changed the website, alongside shaping our Patient Satisfaction Survey and reviewing the results.
We are always looking for new members to join the group. Should you be interested please contact Tram or Brenda at reception. Alternatively you can complete the sign up form.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say. The PPG meet quarterly. Attendance is voluntary.
